Xi'an Zhongya Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a specialized hi-tech enterprise engaged in the HVAC industries like boiler and air-conditioner. The predecessor of which is Heating Equipment Factory, Nursing Home of Lanzhou Military in Cuihua Rd.,
Xi'an founded in 1989. Since establishment, the company has won many national patent and authentications. In the yearend of 2000, the company moved into (National-class) Jinghe Industrial Garden in Xi'an Economic & Technology Development Zone. In total area of 3.62 acres, there are modernized facilities for research, office, production and processing. The company is one of the Key 100 Enterprises Supported by Shaanxi Government and has passed ISO9001 quality authentication. It has won the "Boiler Manufacturing License" issued by Quality & Technology Bureau, "Hi-tech Enterprise Authentication Certificate" issued by Shaanxi Department of Science & Technology, the "Electromechanical Equipment Installation Engineering Quality Grading Certificate" issued by Shaanxi Department of Construction and has formed complete systems in marketing, engineering design, construction installation and afterservice.
In the past years, leaded by technical innovation, Zhongya has established good relationship with many domestic researching institutes, universities and foreign researching constructions noted in HVAC and automation control fields. Thus keep the updated world-level in the development of oil and gas boiler, vacuum heating boiler, ground source heat pumps, water chilling unit, indoor terminal product series base on considerating the practical situation of China and formed our unique abilities in product research, design and self-development. Now we possess independent intellectual properties. The trade mark of "Zhongya·CAAR" has been registered in National Industrial & Commercial Administration in 1997 (File No.1207404) and are protected in legal. Zhongya·CAAR central controlling air-conditioner based on ground source heating pump developed in 2000 has been approved as provincial (ministry) class technical achievement verification and was listed into many items of national key technology and new product promotion plans including Shaanxi and Xi'an important technological achievement conversion projects and Shaanxi important technological innovation projects,etc., it also has intellectual property rights (Practical New-type Patent No.ZL01273775.5, Appearance Design Patent No. ZL01337571.7）.
